Central Rappahannock Heritage Center (United States)

Founded in 1997, The Central Rappahannock Heritage Center, commonly known as The Heritage Center, is an all-volunteer, non-profit regional archives dedicated to the preservation of historical documents and photographs relating to the history and people of the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford. Collections include family and business histories, court records, church records, railroad records, documents on slavery and Jim Crow era legislation, local newspapers, maps, photographs, county records, postcards and other photographs and documents.
