Iredell County Courthouse (NC) (United States)

Iredell County is located in the western portion of North Carolina and was named for James Iredell, North Carolina attorney general during the Revolution and delegate to the U.S. Constitutional Convention who was later appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by President George Washington. Register of Deeds has birth, marriage and death, burial and land records. Clerk Superior Court has divorce records from 1820 and court records from 1788.
