I am a genealogist, historical researcher, and published writer from Tennessee with over 15 years of research experience. I am also a former public school teacher with a background in teaching history.
My passion and primary research interest is in researching and reconstructing the records and experiences of American service members - primarily from World Wars I and II and Korea; and in providing historical context to service records which will enrich the narrative and give my clients a stronger connection to their family's recent military history. I also love to research the families of my home state of Tennessee and to research 20th century history and genealogy all throughout the United States.
I am a professional member of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG) and National Genealogical Society (NGS). Personally, I am a legacy member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (Louisa St. Clair Chapter) and the General Society of Mayflower Descendants.
When I am not busy doing research, I love to travel (and can most assuredly always be found at a museum or historical site), read, and develop my flourishing interest in gardening.
